Forn received the Prize in the closing ceremony of the Festival, that is devoted to show projects made mainly using archive footage. Memorimage justifies the award so: (exploring slightly Forn's career we find a professional reality lived along sixty years, with enough reasons to deserve a tribute that, modestly, Memorimage wants to make giving him the Honor Award. Even more, his last film, not yet released, also contains archive footage (as in 'Companys, procés a Catalunya'), a fact that coincides with the Festival premises, Today films with yesterday images. In any case, in Josep Maria Forn's 'life of cinema' there are also enough merits.
